Kate Rusby is a superbly talented English folk singer and songwriter. This wistful tune has always been at the top of my list of favorites from her collection. It’s found on her 2001 CD Little Lights. It also took home the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards top honor for Best Original song in 2002. You’ll hear why.
